Donation Request Form
Thank you for reaching out to Brandywine Bakery for support of your event or cause!
We are proud to support our local community and regularly partner with nonprofit 501(c)(3) organizations. Giving back is an important part of who we are. However, due to the high volume of requests we receive, we are unable to fulfill every donation inquiry while maintaining our day-to-day operations.
To ensure each request receives proper consideration, we ask that all donation inquiries be submitted through the form below. Requests are reviewed on a monthly basis.
Please note the following guidelines:
Priority is given to organizations and customers within our local community
Preference may be given to existing customers and community partners
A minimum of 30 days’ notice is required prior to your event
We strive to respond to all requests within two weeks of submission.
